Descendants of the Don and Khopersky Cossacks - Old Believers (Cossacks - Nekrasovtsev, Ignat - Cossacks) on the lands of the Ikovskaya settlement of the Tobolsk province

It is a continuation of the theme "ORIENTAL NATIONAL CREATIVITY AS A SOURCE OF STUDYING THE ETHNIC ORIGIN OF ANCESTORS" -all-Russian scientific-practical conference "XVI Zyryanov readings" (Kurgan, December 6-7, 2018) [3, 2018, p.209-211]. The article is written on the historical and ethnographic material of the local history collection V.V. Litvinova “What the Motherland begins with” [10, 2013, p. 79-81, p. 115-117, p. 135-156], where proverbs and sayings, texts of ancient wedding rituals are given in full volume songs and conspiracies, with a mention of the nature of the South of Russia: the sea, the Don River, "azure flowers" - tulips, mountains. And so are fruits and berries: "choose, darling darling, from an apple tree - an apple tree, from raisins - raisins, from yuryupina - yuryupina ...". The following article gives a specific answer about the presence of disgraced Cossacks in Siberia during a crisis situation - the threat of invasion of nomadic tribes and the ruin of Russian fortresses along the Irtysh River in the second quarter of the 18th century.

The idea of an international united front and its application in the framework of Russian-Chinese cooperation

The article presents research material and results obtained in the course of theoretical retrospective and analytical understanding of the idea of creating an international United front in terms of the possibility and significance of its use in the conditions of modern realities. The historical aspect of the issue we are studying has allowed us to establish its significance in the current conditions of development of Russian-Chinese relations, based on the basic provisions of the concept of an international United front from the point of view of their practical application. The results obtained in the course of theoretical understanding of the research issue made it possible to justify the significance of cooperation in terms of three aspects: political, economic and humanitarian cooperation. The scientific significance of the practice-oriented use of the conceptual ideas of an international United front in the context of global disasters faced by many countries is determined by the need to combine efforts to strengthen cooperation between States. According to the modern interpretation of the concept of an international United front, the world should be considered as a community of countries with a common destiny, which suggests the need to build a new type of international relations. The research materials allow us to talk about the possibility of expanding the borders of cooperation between Russia and China on the basis of developing a modern mechanism for relations in various areas of human life, based on the ideas of an international United front.

History of economic and investment cooperation of Kazakhstan and THE USA (1992-2019)

The Republic of Kazakhstan is the second most important state in the post-Soviet space after Russia. This is due to the large reserves of unique natural resources, convenient geographical location and size of the economy. Thus, Kazakhstan is a geostrategic point of intersection of the interests of world powers such as the United States and Russia. The deterioration or improvement of relations between the United States or Russia with Kazakhstan will lead to a possible change in the balance of power in the region and in the international arena, and, accordingly, the geopolitical loss or gain of one of the two world powers. The United States is an economic superpower, and thus has great advantages and opportunities in influencing other countries. The article explores the history and scale of economic and investment cooperation between Kazakhstan and the United States. The article also reveals the geopolitical interests of the United States and the implementation of the multi-vector foreign policy of Kazakhstan.

Pragmatics of ethnocultural metaphors in creating stereotypic images of Russia in foreign newspaper discourse

The article is devoted to the analysis of pragmatics and ethnocultural metaphors as stylistic means of intensification of visuality and expressiveness in creating the negative, stereotypical, collective image of Russia in the newspaper discourse of Western European countries. Objective information on the newspaper page is replaced with metaphorical information that bears emotional and evaluative, expressive and aesthetic characteristics. Ethnocultural metaphor can be a contact one, namely: in a sentence, in an extended metaphor, in a super-phrasal unity, in the structure of a derivative image, an image-character. It is also possible to note the existence of the distant single micro-images, when the images are transmitted with the ethnocultural metaphor, especially when there is no language image of the original, thereby compensating, for example, the loss of objective information that has already occurred in the outline of journalistic narration. Due to the national characteristics of the stylistic systems of different languages the losses of individual tropes (and at the same time the weakening of metaphorical imagery) are inevitable. The main task of a journalist is to reproduce not the device itself, but its function, the effect produced by it in his own language by means of the ethnocultural metaphorical equivalents.
Keywords: metaphor, ethnocultural metaphor, language, language picture of the world, pragmatics, image, stereotype, newspaper discourse, journalistic discourse, press, anthroponymy.

Grammatical category of the verbal form in Yukaghir language (on the example of Tundra Yukaghirs)

The article deals with the form of the verb category in Yukaghir language, the study of transitive and intransitive verbs with the index of continuous type - nu- and continuous action - nun- in Yukaghir language (in the language of Tundra Yukaghirs). Scientific research in the area of Yukaghir morphology by W. Jochelson, E.A. Kreynovitch, E.S Maslova, I.N.Nikolaeva, E.A.Helimski, G.N.Kurilov is used as a theoretical basis. The specific problem of Yukaghir language grammar is the verb conjugation. The literature review shows this problem is one of the most questionable in Yukaghir study. New facts allow specifying and verifying the problem aspects of conjugation. There are following ways in the learning specific peculiarities of Yukaghir verb: exact distinction in the category of verb transitivity and intransitivity (W. Jochelson, E.A. Kreynovitch, G.N.Kurilov) and the time category research (W. Jochelson, E.A. Kreynovitch , E.S. Maslova).

There is a disagreement of researchers about the number of tenses in Yukaghir language connected with a particular function of grammatical index –nu either as an index of the type or as time index. Thus, there is a need to identify and theoretical background of those grammatical aspects of Yukaghir language which determine its specificity.
Keywords: Yukaghir language, word formation, inflection, grammatical category of the type, transitive and intransitive verbs.

Assessment of individual indicators of metabolic syndrome in patients with impaired glucose tolerance and the role of metformin in their correction

At the moment, the evidence base has been formed and the role of insulin resistance as a pathogenetic basis for the development of all components of the metabolic syndrome has been recognized. Based on a comprehensive demographic and clinical study of a group of patients with impaired glucose tolerance, the nature and dynamics of individual indicators of metabolic syndrome before and during Metformin treatment were evaluated. We examined 31 patients with impaired glucose tolerance. The observation included an examination with the determination of body mass index, waist size, blood pressure, determination of laboratory parameters: blood glucose and insulin, triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, total cholesterol, uric acid. Dynamic monitoring of all the above-described indicators was performed 6 months after the start of treatment with Metformin.

The majority of subjects were female. All patients had an elevated HOMA-IR index and higher than normal body mass indices. The group was dominated by patients with arterial hypertension of the 3rd degree. All had disorders in the blood lipid spectrum, characterized by a decrease in HDL and an increase in LDL.

After 6 months of observation was marked positive dynamics of the monitored indicators: decrease of body weight and decrease in visceral fat; there was a significant decrease in blood glucose and blood insulin with a tendency towards normalization of HOMA-IR. There was a decrease in the level of TG, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, tendency to increase high-density lipoprotein cholesterol.
Keywords: insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, impaired glucose tolerance, metformin.
