The Cossacks in the system of Russian statehood at the present stage
The article emphasizes the need to preserve and increase the traditions and customs, forms and methods of interaction between the Russian state and the Cossacks in the interests of solving state problems and, in particular, in the formation of civil consent, which today is one of the most important sources of acquiring experience of political governance in the Russian state, necessary for the construction of a new political system of governance.

Countering the internet dependence of minors as a social and legal function of the state
The Internet is playing an ever-increasing role in the modern global civilization. It covers various spheres of people's life, involves not only adults, but also children in its sphere. The article touches upon the problems of Internet duasism, considers the factors of the negative influence of Internet technologies on minors and the mechanisms of counteracting this influence.

Historical aspects of the creation of professional fire protection in Russia
A study of the historical aspects of the creation of professional fire protection in Russia has been carried out.
Subject of research: Creation of professional fire protection in Russia.

The purpose of the study. Based on the analysis of scientific literature, published and unpublished documents, materials, to comprehensively study and summarize the patterns of the main historical aspects of the creation of professional fire protection in Russia.. The urgency of studying the problem is also due to the need to apply the accumulated historical experience in modern practice on the development and modernization of the fire service.
The scientific novelty of the research is determined by a comprehensive analysis of the main historical aspects of the creation of professional fire protection in Russia, a versatile approach to the study of that part of the internal political program of the Government of the Russian Empire, which is aimed at the logistical support of fire protection and is inextricably linked with the fire safety of the state.

Stages of implementation of the state information policy
The state information policy is aimed at the formation and development of the information society, in which information technologies greatly simplify the process of applying and receiving electronic government services. The idea of actively using information technologies to improve the efficiency of government activities emerged on the basis of the ideology of the new state management, which promotes the implementation of administrative reforms carried out in Western countries since the early 1990s. In the Russian Federation, the process of developing the implementation of information technologies in the provision of state and municipal services began in 2001 with the development of the federal target program "Electronic Russia for 2002-2010". In 2011, a new state program of the Russian Federation “Information Society (2011–2020)” was adopted and the Strategy for the Development of the Information Technology Industry in the Russian Federation for 2014–2020 and for the future until 2025 was developed.

Psychological problems in relations with others
A large number of people face psychological problems in relationships with others. Often the reason for this is a biased understanding of people about what the relationship should be, which often leads to complications in mutual understanding. There are many reasons for this, including the desire to treat themselves in such a way that they did not deserve, and lack of foresight, egocentrism, inability to adequately assess themselves and others. A correct understanding of the structure of character, its level, dynamics and functional characteristics, knowledge of the characteristics of psychological relationships, an objective assessment of oneself will help to understand what can be expected by building mutually beneficial relationships with others.

Military service of the Cossacks during the Italian and Swiss campaigns A.V. Suvorov
The article examines various aspects of the military service of the Don Cossacks during the Italian and Swiss campaigns of A.V. Suvorov in 1799. The main attention of the author is paid to the study of the military functions of the Don regiments, which they successfully performed in the most difficult conditions of the unusual mountainous terrain and the absence of regular cavalry in the Suvorov troops. The article analyzes the issues of the conduct by the Cossacks under the leadership of the great Russian commander of the reconnaissance service and the organization of combat security, bypass flank maneuvers and cavalry attacks even on rough terrain, actions on foot as shooters and in the course of organizing the supply of troops, pursuing the enemy and relations with the local population.

Social-political and cultural-linguistic aspects of unification of Italy
Some aspects of the development of language, culture and interethnic relations in the process of the unification of Italy are considered. Much attention is paid to the historical context of the unification process. The main focus is on the years following the suppression of the revolution 1848-1849 in Italy. Attention is drawn to the peculiarities of the unification of the regions of Italy, which are most clearly manifested in the relationship between the northern and southern regions of Italy. The role of the interaction of languages and dialects in the process of unification and the difficulties of spreading the standard Italian language are emphasized. The need to take into account the relationship between genetic and linguistic diversification in human populations is noted.

Republic of cameroon: features of cooperation with France
In the article “The Republic of Cameroon: Features of Cooperation with France”, the author rethought the points of contact between the two significantly different in socio-economic development, political ambitions, and cultural traditions of the countries. A description is given in detail of the increase in the share of the France's participation in the economy of Cameroon, as well as in the spheres of agriculture, education, medicine, transport and International Relations, etc. The researcher points out the peculiarities of the “Imperial Policy” of the French Republic, which essentially refers to super powers, but maintains “good neighbourly” relations with developing countries, as it is experiencing an ever-increasing shortage of natural raw materials and energy. Particular attention is focused on the need for full transparency of trade and other relations, an unambiguously understood regulatory framework and strict adherence to the agreements reached. An analysis of trends in the development of relations between Cameroon and France indicates that it is necessary that in the first state there be a strategic direction for interaction between states and countries, as well as to ensure mutual understanding between the participating countries.

Tauromachy metaphors in modern Spanish
The article aims to shed light on the problem of tauromachy metaphors in modern Spanish through the prism of their functional usage. In addition, the stylistic potential of tauromachy metaphors across various communicative situations from day-to-day communication to political discourse is analyzed. The author comes to conclusion that specific aspects of metaphors should be taken into account in both teaching and translation from Spanish.

The article is devoted to the continuity of moral norms. Special attention is paid to the stability and variability of moral traditions in the process of succession. The article concludes that by making a moral choice of an act, a person forms a certain line of his behavior and a reciprocal tendency of other people's actions.

World Environmental Agenda: the experience of the Cossacks
The article raises the problem of restoring the historical traditions of Cossack environmental management, which are actualized both by the need to involve representatives of civil society in environmental activity, and by the larger-scale tasks of increasing the general environmental literacy and culture of the Russian population, as well as finding our own national model of the environmental movement that is not subject to ideologization characteristic of foreign, first of all, Western green parties and movements, but corresponding to the civilizational characteristics of the Russian state and taking into account the specifics of the socio-economic development of Russia.
