The threat of the afghan crisis metastasis on Tajikistan

The ISIS leadership does not hide its plans to seize the territories of the Central Asian states, and then Russia. At the same time, the radicals realize that a military breakthrough into the Central Asian states remains a utopia for them. Therefore, the stake is mainly placed on the fact that sooner or later the socio-economic crisis in the Central Asian republics will significantly increase the protest potential of the population and bring the situation to anti-government protests, incl. and through advocacy by ISIL and its affiliates. It is on this prepared ground that ISIS members expect to join the political processes, which they will then be able to lead. At present, terrorists are concentrating in the north of Afghanistan bordering Tajikistan. ISIS detachments are trying to organize active propaganda in controlled areas, the key thesis of which is the inevitability of the soon fall of the "corrupt" secular power in Central Asia. Its goal is to bring fresh forces to ISIS, to win the sympathy of the population, tired of the realities of devastation, corruption and injustice.
Keywords: Afghan crisis, Tajikistan, USA, ISIS, Taliban, international terrorist organizations, foreign terrorist fighters, export of instability, threats to national security.
