The establishment of a telephone network in Karachay-Cherkessia (1920s - first half of the 1930s)

The article examines the aspects of the formation and development of telephone communication in the territory of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic in the period of the 1920s - the first half of the 1930s. It is noted that the rudiments of telephony in the region by 1917 were destroyed during the civil war. As a result, the industry was actually being created anew in the early years of Soviet rule. By the early 1930s, thanks to the efforts of the authorities, supported by the enthusiasm of the local population, some success had been achieved in the development of the telephone network. At the same time, telephony at that time remained the property, first of all, of regional and district centers in the territory of the Karachay and Cherkess autonomous regions.

Legal framework and conceptual aspects of United Nations peacekeeping activities

The article is devoted to UN peacekeeping operations, which can be defined as an international means of preserving international security through diplomatic methods (negotiations, arbitration, monitoring the implementation of agreements) and, if necessary, the deployment of armed force to prevent or resolve a conflict. Although the concept of United Nations peacekeeping was originally introduced in 1948 (UNTSO; UNMOGIP), it was limited in that it implied a simple mission to monitor the situation between parties to a dispute with the aim of preventing the dispute from escalating or threatening international peace and security. However, the evolution of the system of international relations, world politics and the changing nature of global realities have contributed to a broader and more dynamic renewal of the concept of UN peacekeeping operations. As a result, peacekeeping operations have become the most common UN external mission in the world. The research conducted as part of this scholarly endeavor has explored and analyzed the evolution of peacekeeping operations and identified their foundations within the UN's international security policy.

The Russian Empire and the conquest of Algeria: diplomacy of silence and strategic choice

In the summer of 1830, French troops landed on the coast of Algeria, announcing the beginning of an invasion that would change the face of North Africa forever. France did not face any opposition to the occupation of Algeria from European countries, with the exception of Great Britain, which was considered a rival of France. And as a result of the French diplomacy that France followed before its invasion of Algeria, European countries largely supported the French occupation of Algeria. France was able to take advantage of the circumstances in which Europe found itself in the 19th century, especially after the Napoleonic Wars and their impact on European reality.
France used all its human and material resources to get out of the economic, social and even political crisis in the light of international conditions. They were that each country sought to defend its own interests, mainly in the Mediterranean basin.
While France invaded Algerian territory, Russia, a great power, was watching the events from afar, its position was complex and contradictory. Although Russia did not officially condemn the invasion, its reluctant reaction, mixed with caution and concern, raised questions about the real motives behind this apparent neutrality. This article attempts to make sense of this complex situation by examining the political, diplomatic, and economic context that shaped Russia’s decisions at this pivotal time in history.

Teaching physics in pre-revolutionary Bashkiria

The purpose of the study is to analyze the formation and development of physical education in pre-revolutionary Bashkiria to borrow all the most advanced of its improvement. To achieve this goal, an analysis of curricula, programs, textbooks and teaching aids, as well as the pedagogical activities of teachers of educational institutions was conducted. The study revealed that the education system in pre-revolutionary Bashkiria developed in two directions: Muslim and state (Russian-language) education. Despite the early revival of Muslim education, general education subjects began to be studied only at the end of the 19th century. In state (Orthodox) educational institutions of secondary general education, natural science subjects, in particular physics, were already taught as a separate subject by that time. The content of the curricula in physics is not presented in full, it was limited only to issues of classical mechanics, molecular physics, electrodynamics and geometric optics. Textbooks and teaching aids on natural science subjects were translated into the Tatar language, the authors of which were the teachers of Muslim educational institutions themselves. Increasing competitiveness and professional growth of the head of a preschool educational organization during the master's degree

Research problem and justification of its relevance. The modern domestic preschool education system is in dire need of leaders with a high level of professional qualities and specific personal characteristics. In the preschool education system, there is a discrepancy between the need to have competitive managers of a new type who have a flexible approach, stress tolerance, mobility and willingness to take risks and implement innovations in a balanced manner, and the current system of training and advanced training of kindergarten managers. This contradiction has led to the need to train managers of preschool education for master's degree programs in the conditions of a pedagogical institute as a structural unit of a classical university.
The goal of research. To theoretically substantiate the possibility and necessity of studying in a master's degree program in management as a factor in professional growth and increasing the competitiveness of a kindergarten (preschool educational organization) director.
Methodology. To achieve the purpose of the study, a comprehensive methodological approach was used, including systemic, activity-based and axiological approaches. The basis of the research is a systematic approach that considers the process of improving the skills of kindergarten managers as an integrated system, including educational organizations implementing master's programs. This approach allows you to analyze the interaction between the elements of the system, identify relationships and dependencies, as well as evaluate the effectiveness of master's degree studies in the context of professional development. Within the framework of the activity approach, attention is focused on the active position of managers themselves as direct participants in the system of continuing education, contributing to the development of professional competence. The axiological approach makes it possible to assess the values and motives of managers in the process of studying for a master's degree.
Results. It is proved that master's degree studies contribute to professional growth and increase the competitiveness of the kindergarten head. The interrelation of the socio-professional status of heads and senior kindergarten teachers with a high level of competitiveness, the desire for professional growth through graduate studies, personal qualities such as dedication, independence and the desire for continuing education is confirmed. The characteristics of managerial training in the field of preschool education were identified and described. The applied aspect of the issue under discussion can be implemented through the development of a system of professional training of students for managerial activities in the field of preschool education within the framework of the master's degree of a pedagogical university, which is a structural subdivision of a classical university.
Keywords: head of a preschool educational organization, competitiveness, professional growth, the quality of preschool education, master's degree program, management of preschool education.

In state educational institutions, physics was studied using the second edition of the “Wolfian Experimental Physics”, abridged from the German original into Latin, from which it was translated into Russian by M. Lomonosov.
Keywords: physics, teaching physics, Muslim and Orthodox educational institutions, Bashkiria.
