Formation of a secondary linguistic personality in the context of the humanities
Studying a foreign language and other humanities has a significant impact on the formation of a secondary linguistic personality. This concept is inextricably linked with the general understanding of personality.
In general, the concept of personality is reduced to a complex and multifaceted definition. Each person is unique, and their characteristic features form not only their individuality, but also influence their interaction with others, as well as social processes. Personality can also be defined as a set of mental properties and traits that determine the behavior and characteristics of a particular person's perception of the world. These properties include temperament, character, attitudes, values, and interests. The formation of personality begins in early childhood and continues throughout life, being influenced by various factors, among which an important role is played by family, environment, culture, and social conditions.
Language personality involves the expression of socio-linguistic content in speech behavior. This is a kind of repository of socio-linguistic norms, a mixture of socio-linguistic categories.
The importance of a foreign language is certainly the most important component in the formation of personality, including linguistic personality. This article examines the features of this process, as well as the impact of other disciplines on the formation of linguistic personality.

Historical features of development northeastern coast of the Black Sea by the Cossack population
The article is the first to attempt to analyze the role of various Cossack groups in the development of the northeastern coast of the Black Sea. Malorossiyskiy Cossacks, Azov and Don Cossacks were chosen as such. The purpose of the article is to demonstrate the contribution of various Cossack groups to the settlement, development and protection of settlements on the northeastern coast of the Black Sea. As a methodological approach, the concept of a social approach was used, which allows us to single out the Cossacks from the entire diverse set of social strata and ethnic groups that participated in the development of the northeastern coast of the Black Sea and to concentrate research attention on their contribution to this process. The article uses historical-genetic, retrospective and systematic method.
It is shown that the appearance of the Malorossiyskiy, Azov and Don Cossacks on the northeastern shore of the Black Sea was caused by several interrelated reasons. A significant influx of fugitive population from other provinces and regions of the Russian Empire into Anapa and its environs did not allow for the systematic settlement and development of the new region. The constant external danger from the mountaineers did not allow the plowing of nearby lands and the development of agriculture, crafts, and trade. One of the ways to solve the current situation was the resettlement of the Cossack population to the Anapa fortress, capable of wielding weapons and defending new settlements.
It is concluded that various groups of Cossacks were involved in the process of development of the northeastern coast of the Black Sea. Malorossiyskiy Cossacks participated in the settlement of the new region, founded settlements and were exclusively engaged in economic activities. The Azov Cossacks, due to the prevailing circumstances, contributed only to the protection of sea communications on the northeastern shore of the Black Sea. The Don Cossacks were engaged in protecting the population of Anapa and the villages of the Trans-Kuban settlement. They permanently lived in the villages, ensured the safety of field work and the protection of the settlements themselves.

The problem of refugees and displaced persons at the Potsdam (Berlin) Conference in 1945
The article is devoted to the resolution and discussion of the problem of refugees and displaced persons at the 1945 Potsdam (Berlin) Conference of the victorious countries - the USSR, the USA, and the United Kingdom. The research is based on documents from the Archive of Foreign Policy of the Russian Federation. The article presents the key topics within the framework of the identified problem, which were discussed at the meetings of the conference, namely, the Polish question, the question of the legality of the use by the Polish population of agricultural land and industrial enterprises in Silesia, captured during the war by Germany. The article examined the situation in camps for displaced persons in Italy, Austria, Germany and Norway, where Soviet prisoners of war and displaced persons were held, against whom violent measures were used and propaganda was conducted on non-return to their homeland. In addition, the study focuses on the urgent task of ending the forced displacement of Germans from Czechoslovakia, Poland and Hungary to Germany, pending the final decision of the three great Powers on this issue.
The article analyzes the structures created within the framework of the conference, their competencies, and the mechanism of their decision-making.
It is concluded that despite the agreements reached, the Conference did not lead to an effective solution to the issue of the fate of the displaced population in Europe. The negotiations were complicated by the growing confrontation between the Anglo-American bloc and the USSR on many international issues of the time, which in the future led to a confrontation between the former allies in the conditions of the outbreak of the Cold war.

The sound space of the traditional Yakut wedding ceremony
The article analyzes the sound aspect of the ritual, which is the object of the study of sensory ethnography. The aim of the study is to study the acoustic code of the traditional wedding ceremony of the Sakha people, which includes both sounds and prayers. In the course of the research, historical, typological and semantic approaches were used. They allowed us to study the sound component of ritual actions, determine their functions and symbolic meaning. Functional analysis was also applied, which helped to systematize various ways of using voice as a means of magical communication with deities. The author focuses on the semiotics of sound and silence in family life and ritual practice, since rituals are an integral component of traditional spiritual culture, the comprehension of which contributes to a deeper insight into the essence of the national worldview and the formation of an idea about the ways of developing spiritual culture in the future. The author concludes that silence, sound, and word can be combined with music or used independently of it, giving the ritual an emotional coloring and creating a certain mood. The sound aspect is directly related to the verbal aspect of the ritual, which includes verbal formulas, well-wishes, sentences, as well as special terminology. Sound as an instrument of sacred action acquires various magical functions: to protect from misfortune, to cure diseases, to ward off evil spirits, to bless. As a result of the research, the author comes to the conclusion that since the most ancient times, folk culture has been aimed at helping people survive in harsh natural and historical conditions. That is why sound has a special meaning in the Yakut culture and is closely connected with the surrounding nature and the spiritual world. Sound traditions play an important role in everyday life and rituals. In the future, studying the topic it will be possible to form a system of sound elements that are organically integrated into the environment and are an integral component of the ethnocultural landscape of Yakutia.
